Wanted to keep everyone up to date on the latest news about moving the shop. After the first deal fell through for us on November 9th, we found another place, but turns out the zoning laws for that area would not permit an Inspection station. Then we got a call from the first guy saying his deal to sell the place fell through and he would like to rent it out to us. We then called the code enforcement officer and asked if this place would be allowed and he said yes. The paperwork is all filled out, now we have to wait for the Occupancy Permit and State approval. With only one bay and lift there isn't much of a choice but to work outside. We definitely pride ourselves on getting customers' vehicles back to them ASAP. Sometimes that means working late hours, working in the cold or even the rain or snow. This new place could fit 2 lifts plus 2 vehicles or a bus. (This is needed to apply for our semi annual inspection license, which will allow us to do buses) If everyone could please pray for this to go through, we would really appreciate it.
We would like to remind everyone to check your radiator and resevoir to make sure it is 100% antifreeze now. Some people put water in the radiator in a pinch, and that is ok in the summer months, but not now. Check your fluids regularly, get your oil changed every 3000 miles or 3 months, and don't go lower than a quarter tank of gas in the cold months. These small things can save you a lot of money in the long run!
Wishing you and yours a very Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving!
